Lamination
Our boats begin in our lamination department – the hull
molds are waxed, gel coated, and then receive a series of hand
laid fiberglass layers to produce the desired thickness that an
Albemarle demands. Our marine grade fir stringer systems, that
have their own lifetime guarantee, are fully encapsulated and
bonded into the hull using fiberglass for uncompromised strength
and durability.
