COMPENSATION
Competitive pay based on skills and experience. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in construction and related trades.
WORK SCHEDULE
Four-day workweek, Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime available on Fridays. Primarily indoor, year-round work that is not weather dependent.

Vacation: Earn 40 hours in year one and 80 hours in year two, used for scheduled Christmas and July 4th breaks. Earn an additional 40 hours annually at your 7th anniversary to use at your discretion.
